Christmas 2010

This Christmas was filled with celebrations!
On December 18th we got to celebrate with the extended Massner side of the family at Dad and Mom's. It was so great to see everyone!

On Decemeber 23rd we celebrated Christmas with our family. We did stockings the night before (something Andrew wanted to try) and opened presents that morning. It was so fun with it being Ollie's first Christmas and watching him try to open his gifts (playing with the paper.) Andrew surprised me with a new sewing machine which I am sooooo excited to use!

Christmas Eve we had our Christmas dinner with my family and stayed overnight to open presents on Christmas morning. It was so great to have Dustin and Leah there!

On Christmas afternoon, we headed up to Andrew's parents. We enjoyed spending a couple of days with family there. We missed Ben & Sherry, AJ & Abby, and Dan & Anna very much!

On January 2nd we celebrated Christmas with the Wuthrich side of the family in Morton. It was so great to see Grandma (she just had 3 stents put in) and other family we hadn't seen in a while!

We feel so blessed to have such wonderful family and a Savior that came to Earth to save us!

Weekend with Ben

We were so excited that Andrew's brother, Ben, came back from Virginia this past weekend for a quick visit! Andrew took Friday off and we headed up to Thursday night to his parents.
On Friday, Andrew, his Dad, and his brothers went disc golfing in the freezing cold and snow. Crazy, I know, but they had so much fun. They taped purple ribbon on their discs before they left so they wouldn't lose them.

Ollie wanted to go;)
Here they are all bundled up and ready to go...
Ollie and his cousin Christina. He had so much fun with his cousins and they do such a good job with him.
Playing with Uncle Zach.
Dad and Mom Wiese with their boys.
Ollie warmed up to Uncle Ben, we wish we could see him more often!
Family picture:)
Thanks Dad and Mom for a fun weekend and wonderful food! And thank you Sherry for giving up Ben for a long weekend to be with us, we wish you could have came too:)

Yummy In My Tummy

Ollie will be 6 months in ten days! He is always longingly looking at our food when we eat it so last night we decided that it was time to start the rice cereal. It was so fun watching him not know what to do with it:) He didn't not like it... just wasn't so sure about it. I think half of it ended up in his bib but thats ok... we will keep practicing.

His new little hat...
(the camera was on the wrong setting )

He loves playing with paper... but only when his pacifier is in :)

Man, he is getting so big....

Dedications

Sunday was a special day... we had the kids Christmas program at church. It was so fun seeing my nieces up there, they did a great job!

And then Oliver and his cousin, Jake, got dedicated.

We pray that God will give us wisdom as we start this parenting thing. We want to raise Ollie to love God and live for Him. We are so blessed and thankful to have family, friends, and a church that will help us do that!

Last Weekend

After celebrating Thanksgiving with Andrew's family, we headed down to spend the weekend with my family. On Saturday we had the Massner Thanksgiving and a wedding open house/reception for Dustin and Leah. It was great to see family, especially Dustin and Leah!

The reception...

Mom and I had fun doing the decorations...

On Sunday after church we all went to Dad and Mom's to say good-bye to Dustin. Leah got to stay a couple more days:) We spent the evening playing games and celebrating Aaron's birthday!

It was a wonderful weekend that went by way too fast.
